“A Passion for the Culinary Arts” accurately describes the love Chef Eric Wells’ has for food. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Chef Eric has always enjoyed cooking. As a youth, his mother taught him the magic of pairing different ingredients, spices and herbs to create marvelous dishes. Before she passed in 2003, Chef Eric promised his mother that he would take his passion for food and make it his career of choice.

Chef Eric attended the International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute (ICASI) in Chesterland, Ohio and graduated in 2004 with a Culinary Arts Certificate. Using the training he received from world-renowned chefs at ICASI, Chef Eric introduced SkyeLarae’s Culinary Services.

At SkyeLarae’s Culinary Services, Chef Eric offers several different services. He specializes in preparing and serving intimate, 4- or 5-course meals for couples. Great for Valentine’s Day, anniversaries and birthdays, Chef Eric consults with his clients to help select a menu to make the moment special. In the comforts of the client’s home, Chef Eric uses designer China, candlelight and fresh roses to give that romantic, 5-star restaurant feel.

Also at SkyeLarae’s, Chef Eric teaches private cooking classes. Great for birthday parties, Chef Eric helps demonstrate culinary techniques and methods to create an awesome meal in a fun and festive atmosphere. From tapas to sushi to pizza, Chef Eric has a variety of themes to choose from.

SkyeLarae’s also caters dinner parties and events for up to 100 guests. So if you are hosting a bridal shower, wedding reception or holiday party, Chef Eric can help plan and coordinate a buffet-style menu to make the event perfect.
